The location was great, central to everywhere. Staff were warm and friendly, always going above and beyond. Excellent views from the room's terrace. Amazing location within walking distance of shops, bars, and restaurants. Pristinely clean apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The helpful staff upgraded our apartment when there was a leak in the bathroom. Mark, the hotel manager, was helpful and friendly. The TV had free Amazon Prime and Netflix.
Can't fault anything about it.

We had a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel was close to the city centre, so close to the Liverpool one area, and close to everything. The location was perfect for exploring the vibrant bars and restaurants. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. The staff were attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

The staff at Open Key Apartments were accommodating and attentive. When there was an issue with the Wi-Fi in our apartment, they quickly informed us and offered alternative solutions. The central location of the apartment was ideal for exploring the city. the apartment itself was fine and impeccably maintained.
While the apartment was beautiful, there were a few minor inconveniences. The fridge wasn't working properly, resulting in a ruined breakfast.

It is within walking distance of all the tourist attractions, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. The room is spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The apartment also offers secure parking, providing peace of mind for those traveling by car.
The only downside of this apartment is the lack of fresh paint and new carpets in some rooms, which could benefit from a bit of a refresh.
